Service Description
Have a non-urgent issue or working with a tight budget? Contact us to coordinate a drop off date and time for in-house diagnostics and repairs. No appointment needed! In-house service is billed at $100/hour, but unlike on-site support, you’re only charged for active repair time—not for passive time like updates or scans. If no further repair is approved after diagnosis, a flat $75 diagnostic fee applies. Please note: Turnaround times may vary. If your issue is time-sensitive, our on-site service might be a better option.
Cancellation Policy
1. In-house service requires customers to coordinate a date and time to drop off their system or device for diagnostic and repair. 2. There is no guaranteed turnaround time until the issue has been diagnosed and a solution is determined. If your repair is urgent or time-sensitive, we recommend booking on-site service instead. 3.If no repairs are approved beyond diagnosis, a $75 diagnostic fee applies. 4. If the customer proceeds with the repair, the diagnostic fee is waived or applied toward the final bill. 5. Repair time is billed at $100/hour, but only for active work time (“in front of time”). If the system is updating, scanning, or otherwise unattended, billing is paused. 6. Customers will be asked to provide any required passwords to allow full access for testing and repairs. Abandoned Devices: Devices not picked up within 30 days of service completion will be considered abandoned and may be recycled or reclaimed (as per our reclaim policy) unless prior arrangements are made.
