Service Description
Whether it's a network hiccup, a sluggish system, or something you just can't quite figure out—we come to you. Our on-site tech support brings expert troubleshooting and repair services straight to your home or small office. Book a time slot and get up to 3 hours of hands-on help at your location. Some issues—like slow WiFi, device connection problems, or equipment setup—are best resolved in person. We help identify and fix common tech frustrations in your space, so everything runs smoother. On-site service is billed at $100/hour, booked in 3-hour time slots. NOTE: The 3-hour booking window is for scheduling purposes only. You are only billed for the actual repair time, up to a maximum of 3 hours. For issues resolved in under one hour, a minimum on-site charge of $75 applies. For customers outside the Stettler area, billable time begins when Ryan leaves the shop and ends upon return, to account for travel time and fuel.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellations & Rescheduling: We understand that things come up—please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. No cancellation fee will be charged if notice is given before Ryan departs. If Ryan arrives on-site and there is no occupant (no show) or attempts to cancel/reschedule last minute, a $37.50 fee (half the minimum on-site charge) may apply to cover travel and time lost. Exceptions may be made for emergencies or extreme weather conditions.
