Services
We offer three main ways to help keep your tech running smoothly: in-house computer repairs, on-site tech support, and remote assistance. Ryan also provides personal tech guidance, hardware recommendations, and simple home or small office setup help, with the potential for other consumer-focused services in the future.
If you need practical advice or a straightforward tech fix, we’re here to help!

On-site Tech Support
Need help at your home or business?
Ryan will come to your location to diagnose and resolve IT issues on-site. On-site service is $100/hour, booked in 3-hour time slots, giving you up to 3 hours of dedicated support. If the issue is resolved in less than 1 hour, a minimum on-site fee of $75 applies.* If the issue cannot resolved in the 3-hour time slot, an additional On-Site service call can be booked, or Ryan can take the equipment back for further In-House repairs. Your choice!
Located outside of Stettler? No problem! Ryan provides on-site service to surrounding areas, but please note that billable time starts when he leaves D20's facility and ends upon his return to account for travel time and fuel costs.
*The minimum on-site fee does not include travel time for out-of-town customers. Billing still begins when Ryan leaves D20 and ends upon return.

Remote Tech Support
Need help fast? Our remote support service allows Ryan to troubleshoot issues without an in-person visit.
Remote sessions are $75, covering up to 30 minutes of troubleshooting, and prepayment is required via credit/debit (Helcim) or e-transfer before the session begins.
If We Can’t Fix It Remotely? – If your issue requires in-house or on-site service, the $75 fee will be credited toward an immediate booking (on-site or in-house) for the same issue. This credit cannot be used for future services.
Why Prepay? – Too many people disconnect once their issue is fixed! This ensures Ryan’s time is covered, and he will only attempt remote support if there’s a reasonable chance of success.

In-house Tech Support
Short on cash or have a non-urgent issue?
Drop off your system for repairs at our shop. In-house service is $100/hour, but unlike on-site visits, you're only billed for active work time, if the system is updating, Ryan pauses the clock until he can continue.
A $75 diagnostic fee applies only if you decide not to proceed with repairs after the issue is identified. If you go ahead with the work, that fee is waived.
Turnaround times vary based on the issue, and no set completion timeline can be guaranteed.
